JoyExpress Refund Policy

At JoyExpress, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, perishable items cannot be refunded.

1. Non-Perishable Items

  • If a non-perishable product is damaged, incorrect, or unopened, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery
  • Please contact our customer care team with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item to initiate the refund process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved

2. Perishable Items

  • Perishable goods, including fresh produce, frozen foods, and other temperature-sensitive products, cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and quality reasons
  • If your perishable order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours for possible replacement options

3. Delivery Cut-Offs

Please note that Thursday deliveries have a 1 PM cut-off for orders. Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following delivery cycle.
